We strive to ship same day or next business day and most items we sell are always in
stock and ship within one to five business days. Occasionally an item will
be out of stock and on back order from the manufacturer. In this case
the item may take up to two weeks to ship. If an item will be out of
stock for more than two weeks, we will notify you and, if applicable
ship the other item(s) in your order right away. After placing your order you may check the
"order / billing history" section of your account for estimated
shipping dates on a back-ordered item. It will be listed under the "customer service notes"
column. All orders will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information, if available. You may also check the order history status area for shipment status and tracking information.

Can I pickup my order in person?
Yes, it is possible to pickup your order in person from our warehouse facility. To arrange a pickup please contact us at

We do offer shipping of our items to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service. However, many of the items we sell exceed the limits set by the US Postal Service. These items will have to be shipped to a standard address. In order to speed up the processing of your order we recommend that you contact us before ordering to make sure the item(s) you wish to purchase are eligible. You may contact us at

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
Greyhound Performance gladly ships to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories. For these orders just proceed through checkout as usual. Shipping costs will be determined during the checkout process. It is important to note that these orders generally take longer for processing and delivery.

Lost Shipments.
Click the Login link
at the top of our site. Once logged in, click on your name at the top of our
site next to where it says "You're logged in as." On the "Account & Order
History" page click on "View your Order/Billing History" to view your most
recent orders. If the shipping status says "Not Yet Shipped" then your order has
either not shipped, partially shipped, or shipped but no tracking number is
currently available. If the
shipping status says "shipped" then your order has been shipped, click on the
tracking number to confirm the transit status with the shipper. If the shipper
indicated that the order has been delivered please contact us for assistance
