What is your return policy.
Greyhound Performance offers a "No-Hassle" 90 days return policy. This means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you can return it for a refund. All returns must be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible. We will carefully inspect each item to determine that it is free from any scratches, dents, dings, or any other damage. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
Greyhound Performance does not refund shipping costs if the return is due to customer error.
What is your return procedure.
All returns require authorization from one of our customer support specialists. To request a return please email us at support@greyhoundperformance.com or call 800-933-0373 to initiate the return procedure. We will call or email you within 48 hours. Please make sure to indicate your order number if possible, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. It is important to package the item(s) well. We will not be able honor any credit of merchandise that comes back to us damaged due to poor packaging. It is highly recommended that you insure your package. Make sure to include all return information clearly marked on the box (customer name, address and order #).

Greyhound Performance is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (as noted above).
If you have received an incorrect item, please follow our return procedure above and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Once we have determined that the original item has been shipped, we will do everything possible to issue you a replacement part if available or a prompt refund.
If the item(s) you have ordered is defective, please follow our return procedure above, within the warranty period, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. In the event that a replacement is not available or out of stock, a refund (including shipping) will be issued. We will also allow you to choose a different part of equal value if that is what you choose.
All of the products we sell come with a limited or lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Should a problem arise with your purchase after the 90-Day warranty period, please contact the manufacturer to determine if your problem falls under their warranty policy. If it is determined that the warranty claim is valid, please email us at support@greyhoundperformance.com or call 800-933-0373 so that we may process the claim for you and then follow the return procedure above. We are an authorized factory warranty fulfillment center for all of the brands that we represent.
Ordered the wrong size or application? Simply place a new order online for the correct item and then return any item(s) that you do not want following the guidelines and instructions above.
When will I receive my credit / refund?
Once your item(s) has been carefully inspected you will be credited on the original credit card or PayPal account used to place the order. If the credit / refund is due to customer error you will receive a check in the mail. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to be applied to your account. In addition is may take another 5-7 days for your bank to apply the money back to your account.
