Order Status Help

Has my order shipped?

To check if you order has shipped, please click the Login link at the top of our site. Once logged in, click on your name at the top of our site next to where it says "You're logged in as." On the "Account & Order History" page click on "View your Order/Billing History" to view your most recent orders. If the shipping status says "shipped" then your order has been shipped and you can click on the tracking number to track your order. If the shipping status says "Not Yet Shipped" then your order has either not shipped, partially shipped, or shipped but no tracking number is currently available. How do I track my order?

To track your order, please make sure you are logged in and then click on your name at the top of our site next to where it says "You're logged in as." Next click on "View your Order/Billing History." If a tracking number is available it will be displayed under the "shipping status" column. Each tracking number is linked to the shippers website for the most up to date information. You will also receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. A tracking number may not be available if your order has not yet shipped, the item is on back-order, or the direct ship manufacturer has not yet provided tracking information.

How do I change / cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel an order you may call us at 800-933-0373 or email us at support@greyhoundperformance.com. To expedite this process it is best to call. Remember that once an order has shipped there will be no way to modify or cancel the order until your receive the package in the mail.

When will my backorder arrive?

Most of the items we sell are in stock and ship within one to 5 business days. Occasionally an item will be out of stock and on back order from the manufacturer. In this case the item may take up to two weeks to ship. If an item will be out of stock for more than two weeks, we will notify you and, if applicable ship the other item(s) in your order right away.  You may check the "order / billing history" section of your account for estimated shipping dates.  It will be listed under the "customer service notes" column. My order never arrived.

An item is missing from my shipment.

If you order arrives and one of the item(s) you ordered is missing please check your "order / billing history" on the "Account & order history" page to make sure that this item is not on back-order. If the shipping status says "Not Yet Shipped" then your order has either not shipped, partially shipped, or shipped but no tracking number is currently available. If the shipping status says "shipped" then your order has been shipped, click on the tracking number to confirm the transit status with the shipper.  If the shipper indicated that the order has been delivered please contact us for assistance via email at support@greyhoundperformance.com or by phone at 800-933-0373.
