Buying Guide
How do I find my product?To find the product(s) you are looking for you may (1) search by keyword or part number, (2) search by vehicle, (3) search by category, and (4) search by brand.
**If you are unable to find the product(s) you are searching for please contact us by phone at 800-933-0373 or by email at support@greyhoundperformance.com. We are constantly adding new products to our site and the one you are searching for may not yet be available online.
Search by keyword or part number:
Using the search box located in the top left of our site, just below our logo, you may enter keywords, phrases, product names, or manufacturer part number and then click the red Go button to complete your search.
Search by vehicle:
You can search for just the products that are available for your vehicle. Using the vehicle selector tool located under where is says "shop by vehicle" just select your vehicles year, make, and model and click the red submit button. Once entered you will be shown categories of products that offer products for the vehicle selected. You may continue to browse through the categories to narrow down your search. Once the category and sub-category for the product you are searching for has been selected you will be asked to select engine size, sub-model, and some vehicle qualifiers (if applicable).
If at any time you want to start your search over using a different vehicle selection, just go back to the vehicle selection tool on the left side of your screen and start over.
search by category:
You can browse for products by clicking on any of the navigation links along the left hand side of the screen. You will then be taken to a page that will list all the available products available in the category. Click on the product type to narrow down your search results.
Search by brand:
You can find the product you are looking for by searching by brand using the brand selector tool located on the left side of your screen. Select the brand you are interested in browsing products for and click the red submit button. On the next screen you will see all the products available for that particular brands. Click on the product type to narrow down your search results.
How do I make a purchase?
Adding products to shopping cart:
Purchasing products from greyhoundperformance.com is very simple. Once you find the product you are looking for using any of the above methods you can click the red "add to cart" button that is located on the product details page. After adding any item to the shopping cart you will be taken to the shopping cart page that will list everything you have added to the cart.
To delete an item from the cart simple click the delete button located under the item quantity. To change the quantity just enter the desired quantity and click the red "update cart" button.
If you would like to shop for more items you can click the "continue shopping" button and you will return to the front page. Once returned to the front page you will notice a convenient mini-cart that appears on the left side of the page. This will display all the product(s) you have added to your cart. You can click on the product title to return to the product details page.
Checkout:
Once you have decided that you are done shopping and would like to purchase your items you can return to the shopping cart by clicking on the "checkout now" link located in the mini-cart on the left side of the screen. You may also click the "view cart" link located at the top of the page. Once back inside the shopping cart you can proceed to checkout by clicking on the "checkout now" button.
How do I use a coupon / promotion code?
Using a promotional code is very easy. After you have added the item(s) you wish to purchase to the shopping cart you will see a list of the items you are going to be purchasing. Below this list you will see a section called "coupon or gift card" where you can enter you coupon / promo code. Just enter the code and click the red update cart button to apply the code.
