The GP X-Pipe features 2.5" high quality, 16 gauge, mandrel-bent aluminized steel.  They are designed to take advantage of the engine’s pulsations to help scavenge the exhaust gases from the cylinders, allowing a full charge of fuel and air to fill the cylinders on the intake stroke; thus increasing torque and up to 20+ Horsepower.
